Near Miss Incident

HMDC has notified the C-NLOPB that on April 6, two pieces of steel grating were discovered on the M17 deck by workers in the area. The steel grating pieces fell a distance of 4.6m. No one was in the area at the time. HMDC is investigating the incident.
